Hey all, doing really good this week. I DO want Candace to be my workout buddy, but finances are a little tight on both ends, so we are going to put off going together for a little bit. I, however, am doing fabulous.
I did the eliptical, or rather, it did me in! It felt great, though. I decided that I was having the "blues" a little more than necessary. I HAD to get out and get exercising! I feel SO much better, it's really amazing. I'm getting so much more done, too!
I've set a goal to workout 3 days a week. I have been successful this week. I really like having a schedule, not to mention an hour to myself! Thanks for your support ladies.
Now, if I could just get my appetite under control! lol
