Snow Shoveling Counts, Right?
I just wanted to note that I got out and shoveled snow twice yesterday. I'm taking every little bit I can get. As I stated before, I won't be doing much walking during the holidays. As such, not much to blog about on here. I decided I'd make every effort to get out and shovel the stuff as possible. It's hard work (even for the powdery stuff) and it stinks to do it b/c I don't enjoy it...but somebody's gotta do it. Merry Christmas Everybody!

That counts Carrie. I know how you hate to do it, but think of all the calories you burned! I think every little bit counts. They all add up to more calories burned. I'll see you in less than a week!
